Dunno, the February days I was looking at are all Old F. Plus, it looks like DEN is only operating 5 days a week for the next month... most Tuesdays and Thursdays until late February are showing no flight. Perhaps they ran out of old F planes for DEN so they just canceled those days?

Even yesterday it was showing new F for the 458, and still is (perhaps it's not updated even after the AC is switched).
http://www.lufthansa.com/us/en/First-Class-Product showing new F for LH458 today, but fligtradar.com shows old F is flying that route today.

The blue seats with mattress pad and duvet can still be comfortable, but the seat controls and IFE are certainly dated.

Discovered today that you can easily check tail numbers directly (without going thru clicks) on the fraport website using the following URL:
ie LH442 on 2014-01-30 would have the following URL: http://www.frankfurt-airport.com/flu...130&sprache=en

Ok, thanks! I have a FRA-BKK flight in mid-June that's currently operated by 346. I should probably resign myself to old F? Any equipment swaps been happening or wildcards that I'm clueless about?
ETA: Crazily I was able to book 7 of 8 F seats for my entire family with UA miles on that flight. I feel very, very lucky already.
