Yes.

Lounge is in a different physical concourse than departure gate.

Checkin is always a mess.

Staff are rudest in Lufthansa system that I have met. Actually the only city in the world where I can sincerely criticize the Lufthansa front line staff.

And why do I still fly them to DEN?

Because the other choice is BA which has a terrible connection on the return trip to VCE. Or LX via ORD which means losing 4 hours in each direction. So- love it or leave it. And I am not leaving yet.

Is it official that the SEA route is losing F class, or is that just rumors at this point?

Haven't checked this thread in a while. Just realized I got lucky as on the 16th I was on EWR-FRA and it was a new config.

First Class Product tool mistaken today.

Even yesterday it was showing new F for the 458, and still is (perhaps it's not updated even after the AC is switched).

http://www.lufthansa.com/us/en/First-Class-Product showing new F for LH458 today, but fligtradar.com shows old F is flying that route today.

Closer in (T-5days) the real publicly accessible tool is the flight status page.

See NRs tip in the first post:

Lufthansa's flight status page now tells you if flights in the next 5 days will have new F or not. Go to Flight Status, enter the flight number or flight route and select the date. Click Display Flight Status. On the next screen select Additional options, then Flight details. If the aircraft scheduled to fly on the day has new F you'll see "Neue/New First Class".

Ah, thank you oliver2002. I now rest assured for my flight this week... barring a last minute aircraft change (which just hit me on my SQ flight on Saturday when I got old F )

Is that seasonal? According to UA they're still flying the 333 on that route in December.

Could just be be a schedule loading issue, but according to EF, the two class 343 flies thru October 25th with the three class 333 scheduled from October 26th on.
