FRA>BKK is 340 in the winter, 744 in the summer. It's the re-furbed 744 unless it goes MX.

might be a repeat question, searched & couldnt find definitive answer and hence posting:
July 1st/2nd week ->
planning to book LH402 or LH 400 from FRA to EWR/JFK - does this have new F class?
(am not finding F for now on the dates I need; finding I but not sure to settle for business class?)

(BTW will be flying in to FRA by LH761 DEL-FRA)

Generally, yes, 400 and 402 are equipped with the new F on the 744.

Is this new? They just tweeted it: Flying First Class, and want to know if your flight is equipped with the latest product? Now you can check!

Very nice. Much easier to use and it let's you look out 60 days, FWIW.
And let's me see that DEN-FRA is scheduled to be stuck with old First for at least the next two months

According to this neat feature, LH417 (IAD-FRA) operated by an A333 on the 8th July 2013 is meant to have the newest F product. Could this be true? I thought all FRA based A333s had not been upgraded yet...

Hehehe... But I guess the chances of a substitution are pretty high two weeks out? Especially if it's only one or two a/cs...

I'm not sure whether I should drop my current UA F flight from IAD to FRA for this LH A333 or just to wait (and hope) for the B748 to have an award seat on that day.

Thanks for posting the link. I'll update the first post when I get the chance.

p.s. It looks like Big Brother has added the link in the first post while I was travelling with limited Internet access.
