What is the point of the new platform

I need a statement for calendar year 2011 and went offline trying to get my statement from the new M&M website and was dissapointed.
There is no option to specify from when to when statement is needed. This is a basic query into database, why is it so hard to give that option to users.

Now comes even better one:
Called M&M in the US and asked them if they can email me the statement for 2011 and the answer:
No, we can't. We have to request it and M&M will mail the paper statement to your address.

But I called M&M in the US and the answer was: No, sir. You called Lufthansa USA.

Go figure. Now I'm waiting for a paper statement.

JFK-ZRH 3,919 miles
JFK-MUC 4,032 miles

Any idea what it was before? ZRH is further west than MUC, so it makes sense that it's closer to JFK.

last summer JFK-GVA was 3859 miles(not incl. 25% bonus).

IIRC JFK-ZRH was around 4000 miles.

Sorry, I copied B,Y mileage from the Mileage Calculator.
I've corrected the figures.

www.moremiles.com isn't redirecting anymore since the system conversion.

My account seems to be fine but all I have are Avis credits and of course the promotion isn't working and I only get 500 miles for each rental (should be 3000 by now).

ZRH-JFK was apparently 3926 miles when I flew it in June 2011.

Everything is about right in my account, even during the transition miles for flights and rental cars posted on time.

The only difference I see so far is that my miles for the Lufthansa credit card didn't post yet. They used to post about a day after they "sent" me the statement but all fine with me, so far, they haven't deducted what I owe either

No, it doesn't. Hint: "great circle".

Posting miles on OU is as sluggish as ever. At least they can't blame the platform anymore

You might want to get in touch with Lufthansa Credit Card. This happened to me just recently and when I called in they informed me that some of the miles where sent to my account and the rest of the miles where sent to another account that apparently I had without even knowing and it relates to the number below your name on the credit card. *Disclaimer: I don't speak German fluently and so I might have understood what was being said*

In any case, I was asked to consolidate both accounts when would facilitate the transition of the miles....
