Started the game today, it looks like I've missed reindeer Carmen. Rounded up Nicolas, Anja and Thorsten, though with the four flags and the glory/ring/headband.

OK, I just fed my first deer and jumped to level 2. Now it tells me that I need the 4th deer to get to level 3. But I already have 4 deer.

Edit: OK, I geddit. It actually knows I have Thorsten. Now I need to fertilize and take a photo. I'll have some poop in another hour or so ...

Take a photo of your pen or fertilize, that should elevate you one level up.

Don't put "fertilizer" (aka reindeer poop) at your trees when they're going to have the food ready soon. Wait till you can grab the food, then use fertilizer to get another round (insta-food) - did I understood this correctly?

so far figured out: Poop is automatic, tree food collection is automatic too

Only feeding the reindeers is manually.

Anyone found out yet where to find free trees? It says trees can be found on lufthansa.com in the instructions...?!

Last year the output of the trees was not too important. I had nearly all the rens possible, food was always in good supply. In fact the various trees in the area restricted the space available for the rens, so be careful. The rens also didn't mind the starvation: none died inspite of no grooming or feeding.

How can you groom them? Will that come available with the lounge?

last year, on some days there was no extra reindeer on lh.com, but extra Trees.

In any case, I have 21 Trees in stock I could plant, if only I had enough Stamina, so I don't think they're really an issue at the moment (and I have 27 Pinecones left, so food is sorted, especially as I have as many Trees as Reindeer (4 each) in my Pen just now).

Last year, there was no Poop, but you had to groom your Deer once every 72 Hours instead.
