If true, why do they also run out of Easter Ducks before Easter?

Very poor planning & inventory control, these Ducks have been around for so many years they ought to have the demand history

Exactly! This would support my hypothesis that the lack of World Cup ducks is unrelated to the performance of the German team, or rather the lack thereof.

The ducks at the FCT have been pretty lame for a while. They keep promoting cool ones on Twitter but they're never actually there. I should be in MUC soon to collect this new golden one!

My thought exactly. Don't make it a signature item, if you cannot maintain stock.

Got the new mini-ducks at MUC. Nice to get something different than the usual stock at FRA.
