Pajamas in F from JFK-FRA?

Usually carry my own as many airlines don't have them anymore. Does LH give them in F on night flight?

That is all I got on my IAH-FRA and FRA-IAH flights (in first). Just the nightshirt and slippers. Did they use to give bottoms as well?

My last 2 flights in F have been day time(Muc-JFK and Fra-Mex), so I cannot help much.

MUC-SFO is a night flight. It departs at 4pm in the afternoon. It's 11 hours, so you are sleeping well into 3am MUC time. You board at 4pm, eat dinner at 5:30pm, then you sleep until SFO.

MUC-SFO, or actually any LH flight from europe to the US, are day flights as you arrive the SAME DAY you depart...

I respectfully disagree.

I disagree with you. It is a night flight. Here is a flight which leaves at 11:30pm. It arrives, however, earlier the SAME DAY of departure. It is an 11 hour flight that is clearly a night flight. The time of day is more important than the date of arrival:

Depart – Sun Jan 16 2011
EVA Air
Flight 28 Departs: 11:30p
Taoyuan Intl (TPE) Arrives: 6:30p
San Francisco (SFO)
Boeing 777-300ER (Wide-body Jet) | 11h 00m | 6454 miles
business | Fare code: C2WRT | 4 seats remain
economy | Fare code: KLWS6M1 | 7 seats remain
premium economy | Fare code: MLWB6M1 | 7 seats remain

Thumbs down

That eva flight doesnt match lhs rule - but lh does not fly Transpac.

So basicly: if you arrive in the morning and therefore flew through the night based on the timezone of the Destination, there are PJs

Personally I would not classify it as a "night flight" because it is never dark or night time or overnight in route. Plus, upon arrival in SFO, would you really expect to stay awake another 12 to 16 hours? That said - any 11 hours flight provides the opportunity for a decent amount of sleep, or at least some heavy resting.

F class champaign fog anyone?
