A triangle MUC (FCL) - MAN (Aspire Lounge) - BRU (The Loft) should be doable in a day, we've got a couple of HON's here able to guest for same flight pax.
In MAN we would force ourselves to spend as much time as we can in the Aspire Lounge (preferrably during LCC rush hour), consume a (paid) hard drink and consume some of the dreadful food

As an Englishman I’m just too ashamed of MAN & ‘Aspire ‘

Now that’s a great idea & of course the best would be MUC- FRA - ZRH & easily doable in a day

While we are at it how about a visit to the Aspire Lounge in AMS before it’s too late? I believe they brew beer not too far from there as well.
In any case the Aspire lounges are run by Swissport. Someone else in this group should be ashamed.

Noooo! The whole thing started while we were discussing MAN. We can’t possibly skip it.

Fairly sure my therapist is going to recommend no more Aspire !

Well, whichever it is, MUC-ZRH-FRA FCLs or MUC-MAN-BRU, if anything goes into planning I'll see if I'm available Although judging from that I've only been at the ZRH FCL so far, I do kinda prefer the first option as well. I'm still scarred enough from my visit to the EDI Aspire Lounge last year...

@chris63 – I see you eventually decided to give Brummieland International another try, I hope the traffic wasn't too bad. As bizarre as it sounds, I miss BHX, the plane-commuting days, the afternoon scones at the Aspire (with the furnishings looking much better, though), the staff welcoming me with a smile and a "Hello G, did you have a good week at work?" ("Yes, glad to see the back of it as ever" ), the free copy of The Times down in the quiet corner opposite gate 42 (great view of the apron) and the usual chat with the Lithuanian gate agent attending the 19:25 service to Copenhagen... You brought some good memories there!
P.S.: the other lounge (No.1, I used to head there when flying SN) is a tad better, at least you can get a decent fish finger sandwich

if at at all possible I won’t be doing BHX again & yes whilst trudging to the toilets one has to pass the No1 lounge..... it did look quite inviting & somewhere I would have liked to Aspire to
