Discount codes and bargain fares on LH/OS/LX/LO

Anyone know the code for the recently posted First Class Companion Special offer? When go into LH website, it does not look like flight reservations are booking the offer, even though I click through the link for the offer. Yesterday when I clicked through the link in an email I received regarding the same offer, it appeared that it was populating something in the access code box, but then the search would yield a message saying offer not available.

The access code for companion offers is usually 'LGPARTYOF2'.

On Lufthansa.com main page, if you search for flights, under the entered dates there is "I have an access code" box which you open when you click on the + next to it.

How often do the companion fares pop back? Has anyone spotted a pattern?

Planning a trip in May, so I'm pondering whether to book J to HKG now at the current reduced fares (2x1350EUR RT until 12 Jan.), or hold out for two-for-one sale ex-PRG...
