The Win-Winter promotion seems to be going quite well, with what looks like a guaranteed win each day. I have won 50 miles every day (all from Best Western), but today I got 500 miles from Falkensteiner Hotels & Resorts (don't know anything about this brand).

Your account needs to be registered in Germany otherwise it won't work. The app has to be downloaded from the App Store or Googleplay, then you just sign in and play. If you can't see it initially just scroll down, it's in there somewhere. See the discussion over at vielfliegertreff for more detailed info.

Thanks. That worked! I had changed my country on the website, clicked Profile again to verify and the country was unchanged. This time I changed the country, logged out of the website immediately and then after a few minutes logged in again.
