Never received those promised miles either nor did I receive the BMW miles? What's up with that? Can we at least complain somwhere about the M&M on2010 promotion? Not fair!

The BMW miles were related specifically to BMW Italy- if you have your mailing address in Europe they will probably post.

from an secure source I know that during the upcoming week 500-miles-vouchers will be handed out in return for an answered questionnaire. This will take place in selected lounges only. I know of three....who else??
