That is correct. Which is why I thought the promotion was a real let-down after the initial excitement of reading the "double miles" headline.

From June last year to January I've got 8000 miles, but with the current devaluation, and trying to write in German, or translating it and making it sound understandable, it's not worth the hassle.

I too wrote 3 reviews in English, all were accepted but no miles.
Then wrote 3 reviews in German (with help of Google translate), 2 were accepted and no idea about the third.
Of course no miles.....I don't think I will be putting up the effort now.

Basically they offer 4000 extra award miles if one collects more than 10.000 status miles between the 1st of March and the 30th of April 2011.
Totally uninteresting for me, I shifted most of my flights to KLM already where I surprisingly get more miles...

It's a targeted promotion, which means that only customers who have been invited to participate in this promotion can register for it. While sometimes some promotions accept registrations from everyone, recently LH/Miles and More have bes been very good at filtering who is eligible and who is not for a particular promotion. If you can't register, it means you are not on the list.
