But today, watching a TV in FRA lounge, I had an epiphany: this is the new Teleshopping!
Our parents/grandparents may be addicted to purchase unnecessary stuff. But how many of us buy unnecessary flights 🤣. The new teleshopping is brought to the IP era using different means, but the principle is the same.
Sorry if I brought nothing useful, just chatting.

Miles & More Discount Pass
Does anybody else experience problems with bookings through the M&M Discount Pass site?
I've been trying to book towards my pass (> 280 days validity) over the past two days and each time I enter the desired routing, I get a red error message popping up "Error: 500 (FLX002)".
When trying to book through the website, there is availability for the days concerned.
Browers used are Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Cleaning the cache was to no avail.
Does anyone have any other ideas?

Miles & More Discount Pass
Does anybody else experience problems with bookings through the M&M Discount Pass site?
I've been trying to book towards my pass (> 280 days validity) over the past two days and each time I enter the desired routing, I get a red error message popping up "Error: 500 (FLX002)".
When trying to book through the website, there is availability for the days concerned.
Browers used are Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Cleaning the cache was to no avail.
Does anyone have any other ideas?

Update: After spending 90 min in waiting lines, LH took a note that there is a technical fault and promised to inform IT. The helpful agent also provided me with a number for the discount pass team.
I called them and they were already aware that their website is malfunctioning. The helpful agent took my reservation over the phone applying discount pass rebates. She informed me of the booking code and shortly after I received the respective booking details by mail.
Neither the webpage nor the app let me check in, though.
At the airport I was informed that the booking had been cancelled without informing me - and without any visible reason.
The sole (!) friendly lady operating the business and first service counter at MUC then sold me a new ticket - of course without discount pass rebate. The whole shenanigan has thus far cost me about 2 hours of my time and a surcharge of EUR 150.
I feel bad for the helpful LH staff, but their management team surely leaves them alone in the field and should be held accountable for the sorry state into which they have moved this formerly respectable and reliable carrier.
