But what number are you inputting as the Service Number? 16 digit or 9 digit?
It didn't accept either one in FF, but I have JS disabled for google and others, but not M&M...
IE not opening the site for some reason!
Edited to Add: M&M had another website I had to allow JS for - M&M forum.de or something similar!
Once I enabled that, and entering my SEN number, it went through.
