It is best to register for the promotion before your first flight, and no later than 31. July 2013. Travel must take place from 1. to 31. July 2013.
The mileage credit valid on scheduled flights from Warsaw to/from Berlin, Helsinki, Larnaca, Madrid, Stuttgart, Moscow, Geneva, Poznan, Szczecin, Rzeszow, operated by LOT Polish Airlines.
The outbound and return flight must take place during the promotional period.
Both outbound and return flights are taken into account, for a maximum of 8 flight segments.
Feeder flights are not taken into account.
Registration is only necessary once and is valid for the entire promotional period.

For every review I've submitted this month I've got the usual 100 miles. Is this a glitch, or should I be getting a 20% mile bonus later? Has anyone got something different?

120 miles are mentioned right at the beginning of the review process - https://secure.holidaycheck.com/hotelrate.php (under the "i" icon). It doesn't even say anything about July.
