OT: I got the same offer from LH. Last year I didn't fly much in the summer months (I earned 7.504 miles), but still I got an offer to fly 30.000 status miles to get a 9.000 award mile bonus when earning these miles between June 15 and September 15. I have only planned about 12.000 miles yet in this time frame so I'm probably not going to make it (although I'm still doubting getting me a C ticket on offer at LX and OS for vacation purposes). 30.000 is 10.000 per month and that is about the average I've been earning in the last 12 months.
ps. Does anyone know if 15 June and 15 September are included or excluded from this time frame? It'd make a 2000 mile difference for me.
pps. I also subscribed for the first promotion this year and they kept their promise, so I got the extra miles.
