Draft beer in lounges in FRA and ZRH?
Could not find the answer with the search function. Fly business class on LX/LH to Jo'burg from FRA via ZRH, and I like to enjoy a freshly drafted beer in both FRA and ZRH business class lounges. No status on * alliance - which (if any) business lounges could I visit to get a beer (which brand) on tap?

The SEN lounge in FRA has Beck's on tap if I recall correctly.
ZRH is bottles only - though perhaps the smokers' bar upstairs in the main lounge has a tap. It's been a while since I've gone through there.

ZRH: you will be in the Schengen business lounge on your way from JNB to FRA. AFAIK there is only bottled beer there.
You will arrive from JNB @ 06:10 and probably take the next plane to FRA which is scheduled @ 07:00 or so? Then your chances to get a draft is small is this small timeframe. You could use one of the massage chairs though
In FRA there is Beck's and Franziskaner if I remember correctly.
On the way back in ZRH you will be in the Bellevue Lounge (E Gates). This lounge is only open until 22.00
The Bellvue has no draft either, but different kinds of bottled beer. Nothing special though...

My understanding is that the OP is only asking about FRA-ZRH-JNB.
The Bellevue lounge is currently closed for refurbishment and will reopen in early December. We'll see what they have then.
As for the opening hours, while it's technically until 22:00 a lot of flights leave around 22:30 and they usually keep the lounge open until the flights have departed. I've sat in this lounge until past 23:00 once during a summer thunderstorm (nice views!).

Swiss Non-Schengen Lounge DOES have draft beer!
Hi there,
The Swiss Non-Schengen lounge serves Carlsberg (or was it Heineken?) on tap. I'm there frequently when flying to London (which is non-Schengen). You'll be arriving at an A gate on FRA-ZRH, so then just walk over to the B gates area. Since the flight to JNB will leave from the E gates, I don't know whether you can access the B-gates area...however, JNB is definitely non-Schengen...so I believe you can. I've read on here that other people have been able to do it.
Have a nice flight!

2 weeks ago in FRA (SEN lounge) they had only beer in the bottle. The machine was "out of service"....and didn't look used recently.
In ZRH it should be only in the bottle.
Based in my experience I recently got draught beer only in other lounges
AMS (KL lounge)
CPH (Novia lounge)
TLL (Linda lounge)
MXP (AF lounge)
