Change in earning miles with QR (Qatar Airways)?
M&M website has conflicting comments. First, it says M&M is earned only on flight betw Germ and Qatar, but later it says any worldwide destination.

I thought you can spend miles only between Germany/Switzerland and Qatar.
But indeed, the German M&M site now says that you can only earn miles on DOH-FRA and DOH-MUC.

Booked flights BKK-DOH-CPT for November, flights booked & payed for by CC & at that time QR were partners & these flights in C would have earned 30k miles. On 25th Sept the agreement between LH & QR changed to milage accrual only between Germany & Qatar. Had i known that i would not have booked.
No point in earning on QR's programme as i won't use them again.
Can anyone advise what options i have ?
