Is this an expanded form of RTF?
I think they are just consolidating their 99EUR seats into as easy to find advance purchase section of their site.

Let's see how it continues.... will they keep adding weeks as one passes?

The page has been online for a while now (a few weeks) but I only found one ex-HAM trip there so far.
The sheer number of flights that could be displayed in the current form may make LH look quite generous. On the other hand people have to look for their departure airport manually.
