Now I am totally baffled.
FilipKRK makes reference to a Volvo .... which I have not seen ... You state it is only for LO flights. LO has not, in the past 30 years (as far back as I can recollect this issue) had F Class flights. Please then explain how the Volvo pops up for F Class passengers on an airline that does not have that class of service. |

Did you possibly read my post? The Eilite lounge was closed that day - the entire day.
There was no attempt to give any care or consideration to F Class passengers. There was no advisement of start of boarding. There was no pre-boarding for F Class. This is not my first time travelling in F into or out of WAW. There has never been any special attention in the Elite lounge due to my class of service. The Elite lounge was exceptionally closed as the dishwasher leaked and flooded the kitchen as well as the restaurant below. It re-opened after a few days.

LO has a limousine & PA service for LO HON travelling on LO metal, LHG HON pax travelling on LO metal also receive this service, LHG used to pay LO to provide that service for HON but no longer does so.

HON service at WAW continues to be excellent, you just need to be flying LO, it used to be provided to LHG, however they stopped paying for it.

With the new ancillary chaos on LHG, I’m looking to cut ties with them. I was aiming for long-term HON and Lifetime SEN, but I think LHG continue to erode status benefits, so I’m looking elsewhere. I’m asking: are HON benefits on LO, as I read above, basically: access to the cramped gold lounge out the back with no windows (in other words, same as SEN) and a car to the aircraft? Do they provide the car to any flight, or only if it’s off-pier?

There is no dedicated phone line for HON but better attention at WAW at checkin & ticket desk. |
