For about 10 years I have been staying at this hotel, mainly becuase of the friendly and polite staff -- they made you feel like you were a guest in their home. Greeting you by name and such. Things a road warrior likes.

Now, the staff has changed and they are far more interested in looking hip and cool. Trendy seems better than customer service. Too bad, this hotel's value proposition was being friendly. Great location, nice rooms, and what was a nice a firendly staff.
