Is your goal to take a free shuttle to a hotel near LAX for breakfast or are you looking to stay at a hotel and using the quality of breakfast as the determining factor?

Outside of the Ritz-Carlton in Marina Del Rey, I'm not sure if there's a hotel near LAX with an exceptional breakfast. That being said, I recall the breakfasts at the Renaissance LAX to be one of the better ones over the Westin and Marriott. I'd personally just stay at a property that best aligned with my budget and brand loyalty.

I have always been pleasantly surprised with the Crowne Plaza breakfast in range of choices and quality. One of the few that had some Asian items on their buffet that I remember. Stay away from the LAX Hilton breakfast. https://www.cplosangeles.com/Resourc...ant-1-2020.pdf
