Allpoint ATM at LAX
 
I will be transiting through LAX, and have a CapitalOne 360 card which can withdraw fee free from Allpoint ATMs. There is supposed to be one at LAX - it says it's at "Jet Way Cafe". Any ideas which terminal, land or air side?

I believe it's near the Qantas, DFS and other offices between the runways essentially, not easily accessible to passengers.

No. In the west side service area between the runway sets. DFS and others have warehousing, freight etc. operations there; no passenger facilities, no shuttles.

If you really want to avoid paying a fee, you'll need to leave LAX to the CVS Phamacy just north of the airport. You can purchase something (e.g. some drinks or snack) with your CapitalOne 360 ATM card and get cash back for free.
