I only received aone back in 9/00 anyone fair better?anyone receive any lately?

Not by mail. However, LP did fax one to me at my request. It went all the way back to the day 4-5 years ago when I signed up for the 5000 mile enrollment bonus.

It is good documentation of activity, however the dates in one case were a little off. My Feb awards tickets were listed as being ticketed just after the 250k restriction of 2/9/01 when the tickets were actually Fedex'ed to me on 2/8. However LP agreed that these tickets beat the new rule and didn't count the miles against my 2001 allotment.

I asked for a statement recently by fax and LP said they would mail one within a few days instead. I received it about 10 days later. It, too, went back to beginning and was well detailed.

I guess I will have to call and get a statement. LP said they made a Hilton transfer at the end of February and it hasn't shown up yet. Before I bother Adam at Hilton, I want to make sure they actually debited me.
