TACA A319 configurations
 

I tried to find a thread on this topic, but only saw one message about TACA's A320's. I am scheduled to fly non-stop LAX-SJO in February and I was wondering if anyone knows the seating configuration on TACS's A319 (most importantly, how many first class seats do they have)? Or if anyone has flown with them on the A319 for that matter. I know it's a fairly new aircraft for TACA and am wondering what to expect. Thanks!

LACSA flys LAX-SJO or at least the planes usually have a LACSA insignia on the side. I would not count too much on the aircraft being a 319 it could be whatever they have the day you are flying. More than likely there will be 12 seats available in business class. I do not like the bulkhead seats because they have less leg room than others. I have made seat reservations several times only to find out they were lost. Best to arrive early to claim seat.

I've flown LAX - SJO and found the seats to be quite comfortable.

ALL of the 319s and 320s I've flown have 12 FC seats. Very nice in FC on the op-up I got one time on SAL-IAH.

Exit seats are very good in coach, free alcohol in coach. Good service. Agree bulkhead could be a little tight (that would be seat 4 on all aircraft).

And yes, I've seen them substitute AC between 319 and 320.

Thanks all for the replies! I will get to the airport early just to make sure I still have my assigned seats, 11F and 10A and hope for the best. I know they don't serve meals, but on the over-night flight down it doesn't matter. Free booze is good though! And at least I get AA miles!
