Are expired LACSA vouchers still valid?
I have a couple $300 denied boarding vouchers on LACSA issued back in '02. The coupon states it is valid for a year from date of issue, but it also says a service charge applies if reissued.
I remember a VDB that I had from a US based airline that could be extended at anytime for a $35 fee.
A call to TACA customer service indicated that they are "told" to tell people that they are only valid for a year, but that ticketing offices might be able to do something.
Any similar experience or info would be great.
