Hi,
Anyone who knows where can I contact LANPASS
(LAN's FF program service center) via email?
I only found phone numbers but no email address...

The only address I had is [email protected]
but it is now out of service... :(

Good luck. They may or may not respond. I think they flip a coin: Heads, they respond/ Tails, they delete!

They are working OK now. They are using a ticket manager that is working well. I recently had responses in about 72hs.

I'm re reading my post. They are responding fast (48 hs). They are not working OK. It could take 3 to 5 emails to get what you need, or may be more.

I got this info right now by the LAN website customer service:
LAN customer service email is [email protected]
LANPASS customer service is [email protected]

I've previously sent an email to the address that lendorar suggested, [email protected], and it seems working (the email, I mean. The customer service seems not working :()

I gave up on email to LAN. At first i thought it might be getting caught in my spam filer, so I white listed them. Didn't help. I resent all of my inquires and never got any reply.

Hmm, i always get a reply from their email adress, (atencion.elite...)
Might be a matter of the content :D
