The email that I received last month (Spanish version) only mentioned the new bonus discussed in the other posts, I haven't seen the info on partner lounge access on the website.

How great other countries are completely unaware.

The 50% will be more than before from plus to full was 33% more. Need to get 23,500 before March 31 2026.
They probably will change again for 2027 but if not then getting 23,500 points $3917 spend on your first flight will ensure future flights get the 50%. Rule change is
to get passengers to pay more for status.

I already reached the 23,500 QP this year the perk to get +50% more with premium fares isn’t even listed on the app to choose

they are incompetent. I reached out 23,500 with my rollover from 2025 and I was not able to select my bonuses before my flight on Jan 5. They had set the bonuses to renew end of march which makes no sense. Now they made the bonus available but the 50% does not appear. Don’t know who is the head of product but it sucks

LATAM has always sucked when it comes to their backend for their systems... since LAN merged with TAM, their website, app, and all their new sh*t that they come out with have always been clumsy, laggy, and buggy.

Like literally they have the stupid obsession to modify things all the time, every year, so instead of refining and polishing things, they're always trying to reinvent the wheel, and that's why anything works ever. Someone should put a gag in the mouth of this genius who comes up with these ideas for once and for all and tie the hands of the IT programmers also.

I'm so DONE with their stupid changes.

on the other side, sometimes those glitches can be used to get thousands of miles (and qualifying points) or another benefit, until they realize they had the glitch :cool:.

I just hope they add the +50% QP for full/premium fares bonus before my next long haul flight (which is next week), otherwise i'll have to pick the 'favorite route' bonus. :td:

I think you can always create a case and they can manually fix their own mistake. Because it makes no sense.

Unlike other airlines where benefits changes at end of January, Latam needs an extra two months to play catch up with their glitches they due to their yearly changes.

Up until January 12th I could not select anything, as the system had not yet identified I had reached the targets.

But once it did, I could select all the “new” benefits, including the 50% bonus on full fare and premium tickets. And the bonus has been posting normally, with the 50% bonus posting separately, under “Bonus Latampass” tag.
