Confirmation number
I have 7 flights booked with LAN on the one itinerary for next Feb travelling to/from Australia to South America.
I booked through a travel agent and the flights have been fully paid for and I have a confirmation number that seems to match the form of the reservation number required on the LAN website. However when I log on to select seats etc, it doesn't recognise my booking as a valid booking. Is this because I've booked through a travel agent and I will have to ask my travel agent to select my seats for me? I tried calling LAN but they didn't seem to understand my Australian accent very well so didn't get very far. |
You probably have a confirmation # from a travel agent that doesn't use SABRE, the system that LAN uses. The TA will have the LAN conf. # in its system.
Also, if you cut/paste from a different screen onto the LAN site, and if you have pasted some blank space, LAN will have an issue with it and not find your res. |
