Problem with booking hotels with LATAM miles
I have some LATAM miles which expire at the end of the year, and I won't realistically be able to use them for flights or extend their validity. I came across this website for booking hotels with LATAM miles, and the redemption rates are actually decent. However, when logging in it shows my balance as 0.
Has anyone had any recent experience with this?
