Found this as the old TAM address, likely LATAM Brasil still uses it:

Heathrow Airport – Room 2503, Terminal 3, South Wing, Zone C, London TW6 1AA

Come back and let us know how the process goes

I have my doubts that anything other than ‘going into the bin’ will happen at that address. OP, why are you sending a court summons? Are you a lawyer? Isn’t this your lawyer’s job?

Hi,
In the U.K , we do not need lawyers to go to small claim court.
our legal system works well.
In a related subject , do we need to go to the small claim court in the European country of the flight?
regards

I’m well aware of how the UK legal system works. I’m still not clear why you would deliver a summons. It’s the county court’s responsibility. But to be helpful, why not go the direction of MCOL or CEDR?

Thanks.
I need to add the postal address in my court case , so that the court can issue the summons.
The Latam is not replying to my request to give me the address.
I am unable to find it via the usual search
.may I ask what MCOL oe CEDR stands for?
regards

MCOL = Money claim online
CEDR = Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution

See the main BA EC261 thread for helpful advice on how to go forward.

As to OP's question about the "European country of the flight," one really needs to know the details to determine whether the matter is properly in a UK proceeding of any kind.

If asking about MCOL, it suggests that OP may wish to rethink his strategy.

We have no idea about the merits of OP's claim, but the Letter Before Action under the MCOL requirements will generally spur a considered response from the carrier.

I agree, which is why I suggested a close read of the BA thread, which is the best on FT.

Many thanks for your helpful replies.
Unfortunately, I need the full postal address , including the post code .to do that (as per guidelines)
This is the problem , because I am unable to find it in the website and Latam does not reply to my request.

To ask a different but related question: how can I best contact Latam for an EU261 claim from a flight originating from LHR?
