TAM 767-300 biz class for wheelchair passenger

TAM 767-300 biz class for wheelchair passenger
For FOR-MIA non-stop. Mother-in-law, 89, would be traveling with my wife and me, and would use a wheelchair to get to the aircraft and, probably, to board (can walk only with assistance of a walker). 767-300 is, according to Seatguru, a 2-2-2 configuration in biz class (2-3-2 in economy). Looking for any reviews of this aircraft, ideally with TAM but even otherwise) for handicapped passengers.
