There's ways to get the website to let you book an award stopover or open jaw, within certain boundaries that the website will "allow" (keep in mind that it's a largely unsupported behaviour... it's more a bug that just happens to work than a feature)
You could try your luck with a human on LAN's call center or one of LAN's city or airport ticket offices. Some may be very accomodating and work out a way to help you (outside of procedure) but keep in mind that lanpass awards are designed around a roundtrip itinerary
