Anyone know anything about 2016 changes to the LANPASS scheme?

That rule is since 2015....copy/paste from lan site

"150,000 LANPASS KMS on LAN, TAM or oneworld with at least 75,000 kms. on LAN or TAM"

For what i know so far.... 2016 will be about unifying stuff like upgrades with Tam. Also "i think" they will add more fare clases with other OW members to get KMS, now that US airways is gone they will had to mod AA and also some lower fares on Cathay.

Ah, with you. Thought there'd been some news on 2016 qualification changes that I'd missed!

The 150/75 split seems to be the requirement for the US market. Other countries have different rules.

In Chile is the same "150.000 KMS. LANPASS en LAN, TAM o oneworld con un mínimo de 75.000 kms. en LAN o TAM"

Lets hope they dont put that rule on other places for 2016
