New Strip Property

On our last trip to Vegas (Sept 07) we walked past the construction site of what looked like a new casino/hotel. If memory serves me correctly it was right between NYNY and Belagio,

Can anyone tell me if this property has been completed or when it is due to open.

Does it have a name yet?

There is also the ARIA hotel and casino. It is the large 60 story curved towers in the middle of the complex.

i was only answering OP's question, not giving a list of citycenter properties. i presume aria is what theyre calling the main resort now? there is also vdara.

last news about cosmopolitan i believe is that the deal fell through again, and W hotels may try and buy.

They've announced the restaurant lineup, at least the first batch, for ARIA:

It is a possibility, although the property is still scheduled to open in 2010. Perhaps they were confused with Echelon.

A Swiss-made tram system connecting the Bellagio, CityCenter and the Monte Carlo will be complete by July, when CityCenter’s 6,100 or so construction crew members will swell to at least 7,500.
there has been no announced delay from late 2009
