MGM - the Mansion joins Villas Program

From American Express PTS travel...

"The Mansion at the MGM in Las is the newest member of The Villas Program".

I have not called for the prices but amenities include $500 day worth of food and spa.

When I first saw the ad for the Mansions in Departures I called and they wanted $2,500 a night Sun-Thurs Only (by calling MGM directly), from a recent email from AMEX:

Rates start at $5,000 per day

Platinum Card members receive:

$250 food/beverage credit per villa per night
$250 spa credit per villa per night

Centurion Card members receive:

$250 food/beverage credit per villa per night
$250 spa credit per villa per night
Complimentary tickets to the Cirque du Soleil show of your choice (O at Bellagio, Mystere at Treasure Island or Zumanity at New York, New York) plus limousine transfer: two tickets per one bedroom stay; four tickets per two-bedroom stay. Each show is an extravaganza for its innovative blending of theater, circus, music and art.

The Mansion is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not close.

I agree. Hands-down the most over-the-top hotel experience I've ever had. I kept expecting to wake up.

Any suggestions for a stay at The Mansion?

I'll be in LV in January, and will be staying in a villa at The Mansion (long story :-) for several days. Given the order of magnitude difference between this and just about anything else in the known world, I would really like to make the most of the opportunity. As such, I'd appreciate it if anyone who has stayed there before could provide any suggestions on specific things to do, benefits to ask for, or hidden goodies that would make the trip even better than I hope it will already be, thanks!
