LAS-Long Lines

Are the security lines still long at LAS these days? It's been a while since I've been through that airport, but have the unfortunate opportunity to take TED along with me next week. Any comments or advice is appreciated.

Thank you.

As a GS, you can use the F class security line even though you will be relegated to coach on Ted. You don't need a pass from check in or anything, just show the F class security ID checkers your GS card if the give you trouble.

The last few times I've done this, the F line has less than half a dozen people in it and has been orders of magnitude shorter than the regular line. Oh, and I also talked to Ivanna Trump. :)

Where is the F line in relation to the regular line?

Since a general question about LAS, will move to that forum.

to the left of the D gate security area. It's definitely a help to get through security - didn't stop me from getting sent for secondary though for not removing my shoes, though

So you sort of have to squeeze past people in the 'regular' security line when it stretches the length of the terminal past the newsstand, etc?

Yeah. Basically just keep walking all the way to the end, it is on the right side, as GoingAway said.

It is LEFT
Note as an AA elite you also get to use the line BUT note if you have an early flight the line does not open up until 600 am.

Yeah, it is left side the line for F class. If you notice that you are fly the first class security lane then you will get board on the tram from terminal to D gates. I didn't see the left line with F class at LAS while ago. When we are fly out from LAS 3 years ago when we are fly back home to FLL on DL.

We were able to go through the LAS security lines a week or two ago in less than 15 minutes. I think they try to trick us so we gamble on their slots ;)
