PPL in Vegas?
 

Does anyone have any experience of or know anywhere where I could study for a private pilots License in Vegas?

I know there's quite a few little airfields around but most small operations there seem to be sightseeing outfits.

May I respectfully suggest UK Flight Training in nearby Long Beach, CA.

300 miles away is nearby?

1. It's more like 230 miles by air, and that ain't very far in an airplane. LAS-LGB is served by B6, US.
2. UKFT are experienced in training students who aspire to being licenced in the UK.

Great, thanks for those, I'm going to work through them to see what the best option is. The one in CA is interesting, but what I'm aiming for is to try and hammer hours away in the days when i've got a little free time as opposed to a flight boot camp.
