Intl Arrivals at LAS - Best meeting point?
My brother-in-law and I are meeting up in Las Vegas at the end of the month. He's flying Mexicana direct from Mexico City while I'm flying United SMF-SFO-LAS.
What is a good, central "landmark" at the LAS airport that we can plan to meet at? His flight arrives before mine and he prefers waiting for my arrival at the airport.
Any hints/issues with international arrivals at LAS? (I've already told him to be prepared for the photo and fingerprinting on arrival).

Again IIRC there is a shuttle bus that runs from T2 over to T1. Because I've never used the shuttle I'm not sure where it drops its passengers off.
My suggestion for a waiting/meeting place would be the Starbucks that is landside - it is on Level 2, up one level from the T1 check-in desks (on the so-called "Esplanade" area). Level 2 is easily accessible via two long escalators that go up from the check-in desk area and also via elevators).
The maps on the McCarran website aren't super good, but here's the link:

Enjoy Vegas and good luck (literally and figuratively).
