I am interested. Could you share the link when it is ready?

At Resorts World for $888,000 (over 4 days) you can get the Lucky 8 experience. One Palace Suite with private butler service plus additional additional suites, 10 grandstand tix, 6 Paddock club tix, First class air, ground transportation, Louis XII dining experience, tailoring (?), styling services and "much more"!
They also have a special $63,000 room package with tickets for you cheap skates that won't spring for the Lucky 8.
For a car race????????????????

Perhaps the "much more" includes several hundred thousand dollars in gaming credit?

Offers are pouring in from MGM, Cosmo, Caesars for race rooms and packages...I wonder how filled up or sold out they truly are. I bet there will be some last minute good deals out there (not that I would go or care).

Haven't gotten any compelling offers for this yet. Have they removed me from the Christmas list? Anyway, I'd probably pay a few thousand? I think that's worth it at, say, the Bellagio. Not sure I'd go above $5K and definitely not the $10K range, which I find insane.

PS - Is it just me? These modern engines just don't sound right.

Yes, the V6 engines sound awful.

Glad it's not just me. They just sound horrible to me.

I'm getting offers now from Venetian for less than $450/night for the whole race weekend. Caesars Rewards is comping again (or offering rooms for less than $100/night) at many properties on that weekend. This thing is not going to be what they thought it would be...

I totally forgot about the F1 race and we are actually planning on going the week before (Veteran's Day Weekend). How bad is it going to be trying to get to the hotel? or just getting around period? We planned Aria for 2 nights and Paris for 2 nights. We are driving there so we'll have our car. Now I'm worried it's going to be a nightmare and having second thoughts. Anyone been there very recently?

I was there about 10 days ago. Driving on the strip looked pretty bad but no issues anywhere else....coming & going to the airport was a breeze. When I was there during Memorial Day, it was a nightmare as the strip was down to one lane in each direction and tons of construction. I think everything will be in place when you go but I dont know how soon they will start putting up restrictions.
It was right after the MGM hack when I was there so that made things a bit different too.

How is it to cross the street from Flamingo to Caesars (for example)? Still relatively easy or are sidewalks blocked off? I know there's a pedestrian crosswalk in front of the Cromwell going toward Caesars. Is that still open?
Thanks!

I know of a crosswalk to Caesar further down...like Harrahs or Linq. I dont think there is one at Cromwell. Pedestrian bridges have the usual construction, escalators not working etc. I don't think more than usual. Street level crosswalk to go to Cosmo & Bellagio was open but i am sure it wont be close to the race. When are you going ?
