Uber pickup at T3 in LAS - how far to walk to

I forget if I was in T1 or T3 but when I went to Vegas the pickup spot I ended up at was inside a parking garage had terrible reception... nearly had my ride canceled and driver wasn't happy. (Despite me texting him and saying I had low reception and to please call so I could try to make contact.)
(Protip: phone network will prioritize voice calls over data, if you only have 1 bar better to call than try to message in an app)
