Most convenient ground transportation - Terminal 1 or 3?

I'll be arriving in LAS on Delta at the D gates. I will only have a carry-on so I can choose to take the tram to either Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 after landing. Terminal 3 wasn't open last time I went to Vegas so I'm curious if there's any advantage to exiting through Terminal 3 instead of Terminal 1 (ie, slightly cheaper taxi fare to the strip / less chance of tunneling, shorter walk to curb, or more shuttle options).

Thanks!

There's definitely a shorter walk to the curb.

T1 will be a cheaper cab ride to/from the strip.

Besides cabs, shuttles, limos, the CAT (local) bus system has lots of "pluses".
At level ZERO of T1 is where you can get 107 or 108.
I find the shuttle to be annoying: (1)you may have to wait for it to arrive, (2)then 30 minutes before it departs, (3)no matter what casino I am going to, I'm always the last one to be dropped off.
