This statement is 100% BS. Great Idea. At a $5 BJ or craps table, they know by the end of the night, you'll own the place with this system.

And they've never thrown anyone out of a casino for a (legal) betting system in the history of Las Vegas (or any other casino town).
Guess again. They can throw people out of a casino, for whatever reason they want. It's legal in NV and CA, for that matter. It's called "Private property". If you do not believe it happens read the LVRJ.com (local newspaper). Happens almost everyday.

I was born in LA County. I moved and enjoy living in Clark County, NV. So If you visit my "fair" town a few times a year" and know the gaming business, I welcome the OP to enjoy playing this way. Maybe at a $5 table you may someday own this town.???

I have made more money "gaming" on the business. Guess which side wins. The casino owner and me, owning stock. Please enjoy this "system".

I used to think I was a "local" dropping into town "a few times a year", I knew everything. LAS has 1.3+ million locals! There is more to LAS than the "strip".

Now when I visit LA, I consider myself a visitor (even though I was born, raised and lived for 30 years). Please give a few more clues to win in LAS, I need the tips????

Um, you've never heard of counting cards? Perfectly legal.

I do. (For just one recent example) I bought a lot of Sands (ticker: LVS) stock last March at $52 a share. It's one of my largest holdings. Took some profit a while ago...and it's still over $70.

Reminds me of a CSI episode I saw once. Character #1 says he has a system to win in Vegas. Character #2 says "you know what the casinos in Vegas say to people with a system? 'Welcome!'"

My wife has a great system that always works for her.

She pops $20 into a penny slot machine with a 9c min bet that is within waving distance of a busy table game. She then spends the next hour or so watching cows get zapped by UFOs or something, and get 4 or 5 drinks by virtue of the cocktail waitresses frequenting the tables.

$20 ain't bad for an hour of entertainment and a fistful of drinks.

This sounds much like my system, except mine involves a $1 "investment," nickel poker machines, and perhaps the slowest slot play known to man. A dollar tip each time gets me a free Heineken repeated for as long as I can make my investment last. And my system works every time!

Ahh yes. I forgot the key element of letting EVERY animation on the slot machine play out, and spending ample time understanding which lines are paying out for what amounts, adjusting the volume, etc. ^

seems to be betting the line on the original roll, and then moving on to the 8 and 6 is a better bet. You have to have ODDS because they pay out EVEN money (the casino takes no hit)

I like your strat, and I am going to try it. But, you have to have the odds bet, Its the only time you are getting exactly the payout of it happening

It makes no practical sense to bet the "6/8 system" AND have other bets going. While you are a huge favorite with my system, your profit margin each time you win is so small, that having any other bets on the table negates it. It really is an all-or-nothing system. That is, you ONLY bet the "6/8 system," or another way. Makes no sense to do both.

It makes no sense to do either. The system you have figured out (overall) is a loose-loose, as is almost everything you can do in LAS. Trust me, I live here. I have done it. Go to the Gamblers general Store and pick up a few books on your "system". Read my above threads, they explain why this does not work over the long haul.

If you want free drinks. Do the penny slot route. Works every time. Make sure to tip $1 for each drink, drinks will be flowing.

If your coming to town for the big "win". Let me know when it happens with a $300 bankroll.

Again, want to make money in casinos, buy casino stock. Either way, enjoy your stay in my "fair" city.

Don't forget about the hard eight. It's a win-win.

I always do the hard eight two-ways as that is one way the croupiers look after me when I get too drunk to add up - mind you it is mostly taking away that I do !

There's a really fun game called Plants vs. Aliens which she would like if she likes the cows game. But min bet is higher. Like 40c or so.

Ooh...we're headed to LAS this weekend, so I'll keep an eye out for it. She loves the cows game and the Jackpot Party/Block Party games.

As a craps player, I'm partial to the Hot Roll games myself.

Some of the best minds in gambling equipment manufacturing have toiled many long hours to produce dice that are effectively cubic and of constant density. This is to ensure that a craps game is what mathematicians call an "independent trials process," provided the dice are rotated out before becoming worn. In other words, the dice have no memory.

A mathematician named Feller in his oldish, yet excellent, undergraduate textbook on Discrete Probability proves a theorem that says in effect, "For any game that is an independent trials process, over the long term, no betting system will give a return that is different than betting at random." That's a theorem, it''s not a conjecture or a guess or a hypothesis. That theorem has been proven. That means that if the normal assumptions of mathematics apply. there is no universe in which that theorem is false. Not any. Nada. None.

So, OP, go ahead and play your system. Over time, you won't do any better or worse than following any other method, but at least you will feel better about yourself.
