Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly event
Just looking into this event in April and wondering if anyone has attended or has any first/second hand info. My niece is interested in showing her designs and has signed up, etc - I'm trying to get a feel for what she should expect. The Orleans where it's being held shows "sold out" for the event with rooms avail at Gold Coast. My feeling is schlepping back and forth would really put a drag on the experience.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I know nothing about the event but the Gold coast is next door and the closest hotel. I would book a refundable room at the GC and keep checking back at the Orleans. Rooms often open up closer to the event.
