Exclamation 2/15-2/18, please help?

I'm looking for a neat hotel to stay at with my family (11 year old son), such as the Excalibur or Luxor) on 2-15 to 2-18. Just the cheapest rooms possible will be fine, I can't afford much as it's a last minute flight (ouch).

Please help, and thanks!

You are looking just a few days before a big "romantic" travel weekend. You'd better grab what you can now.

Ugh, stupid Hallmark holidays. Good point, I hadn't thought about that. I'm seeing about $275 for three nights...which I guess now that you've said that isn't too terrible.

If you don't care about hotel, priceline probably be the cheapest. Or stay off strip if you're really on a budget.

I would say it's more about just being a weekend and less about it being a "Hallmark" weekend. Those $30 rooms are for mid-week stays.

Las vegas hotel rooms for this upcoming holiday weekend really have shot up in price in the last month. I've been keeping an eye on them just out of curiousity. Before that point, they were actually a little cheaper than the surrounding weekends even though this is a holiday weekend. I booked mine back in November since I'm visiting this upcoming weekend and was able to get a very cheap room. But, its probably last minute demand with valentines day driving up prices as it gets closer.

The $30 rooms are almost always for mid-week stays... but I did manage to get a room on strip for under $35 this saturday (though, its The Quad..)
