LVH?
[QUOTE(I recently stayed at the LVH, and I don't recommend it. It was one of the nicest $30 hotel rooms I've ever had, but it's still a mediocre hotel.)[/QUOTE]
Can I get the full name for LVH please? WEB site?

if you're going to vegas I'd say go try a vegas-unique property like Aria or Encore instead of being restricted to the hotel chain of choice (most of which are "meh" on the strip)

Since I don't see a thread on the Hyatt/MGM partnership here, maybe this thread deserves a kick. Staying at an MGM property will now get you Hyatt points. If you have Hyatt status already, the on-property perks are very different from what you're used to (they provide a tier match in the M Life players club), but the point earning is basically the same. The downsides are that you'd be at a casino property and paying a resort fee.
Keep in mind that several chains also have non-gaming hotels in Vegas: Hyatt has a Hyatt Place; Hilton has the Doubletree near the airport and several HGV properties.
