Hi! Quick question; how early should I be able to drop off luggage? Connecting fling PUS-ICN-XXX.
Hoping to drop off luggage early and then go explore the area a bit more. Otherwise assuming there are lockers?

I believe you should be able to drop off your luggage early, assuming International check-in is open. As Korean treats this as an International flight I think the Korean check-in desk is open early. If not, there are storage services at the Airport. Some more info here.

I do recall some self service lockers at the LRT station at the airport. But these were extremely limited in number. As for exploring the area, there really isn't much around the airport. Depending on how much time you have, the easiest place to explore would be Sasang area, which is a short 3 stops away on the LRT. From Sasang, you can connect to Line 2 Busan Metro and go pretty much anywhere. But Sasang has some good restaurants and coffee in the area.
