Phantom DL awards
 
I was trying to book a Skyteam award on Delta. the website showed availability but couldn't complete the booking. AF/KL did not show availability for the same flights. Is this typical?

Yup. In both directions (KE Phantom on Delta). Korean Air - call for best results. But expect same answer about phantom space. Don't rely on AF or KL website, they're totally different.

So... does KE eventually release that phantom space so that one can book their ticket. I am looking on the DL website and NOTHING is available, even though there are numerous flights listed which then don't ticket.
