New Food in Economy!!
For the first time in over ten years of flying ICN-ATL and back, there was new food from ICN. I flew on June 4.
제육볶음Jae Yook Bokkeum 쌈밥 Ssam Bap for Meal 1 out of ICN - that's basically a spicy stir fried pork with lettuce wraps. They even gave the pepper and ssamjang for dipping.
The pre-landing meal was kimchi fried rice.
Surprisingly, both very good. Jae Yook is my favorite tho anytime!
ATL to ICN was same - bibimbap and some dry chicken soy sauce with rice blah blah whatever.
Also - I LOVE whatever pickle they use for 'kimchi" bc it's like naturally sour. And their balsamic salad dressing / creamy Italian they serve with salmon is also taste.
