Korean Air Chicago to Bangkok Carry on Luggage Question

Hello. First time traveling on Korean Air Internationally. I have a question about carry on luggage. I have 21 inch wheeled carry on luggage roller that fits in above bin. The 2nd "personal bag" is what I have question about. Ideally, I would like this to be a bag pack that fits under the seat. How liberal are they about the 2nd "personal bag"? I have done this domestically across all airlines without any issues.

So I would be carrying on wheeled luggage(meets weight and size requirement) and a bag pack. Do you think it would be ok from your experience? Because domestic airlines says personal item is like a computer bag, etc but I use bag pack and I've never had any issues.

I'd appreciate your comments. Thank you.

Korean Air is extremely relaxed about carry on bags. They don't measure, they don't weigh them. Never. Many people have more than the two items. Shopping bags never count lol. You don't have to make it fit under the seat, just throw it all above. No one cares.
